About: 2 Dogz and a Guy Brewing LLC opened in Oct 2017 by Jim and Chrissy Shuster. Jim started as a home brewer and wine maker and decided to chase a dream and open the brewery to share the beers he loves with everyone.

Carey’s Brew House

About: This two-story brewery and restaurant, with seating for up to 300 guests, offers a wide range of local and international beers on tap, in-house brewing of their own recipes, guest brewers, and also features local breweries.

Cider Creek Hard Cider

Iron Flamingo Brewery
Where: 196 Baker St., Corning
About: This building also served as an auto repair shop over the years, and the charm has been retained in its conversion into a brewery. The original fruit coolers have been converted into beer coolers, air pressure lines remain on the ceiling and the expansive 20-pane, glass-service doors provide a street view to the stainless steel brewing tanks.

About: Keuka Brewing Company is an award-winning small-batch craft brewery overlooking Keuka Lake. Opening in 2008, KBC was the first micro-brewery on Keuka Lake and one of the first in the western Finger Lakes region. Seneca Lake Brewing Company & The Beerocracy

About: A traditional cask ale brewery situated on the edge of Seneca Lake. Try the unique beers and British-inspired grub. Formed in 2014 by British native Bradley Gillett, it operates an eight-barrel brewing system imported from England.
